Chris Culotta
Position title: Health Services Management Supervisor, Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Division of Public Health
Chris serves with the Wisconsin Division of Public Health since December 2013 and previously served four years as the DHS 140 Administrative Rule Program Supervisor which included a minimum compliance audit for the 84 local health departments once every five years. For approximately six years Chris managed the Public Health Employee Orientation efforts and for the last two years has served as the manager overseeing the Wisconsin New Health Officer Orientation contract and supporting two staff focusing on improving public health workforce system capacity. Before DHS, Chris worked as a transportation planner/ corridor project manager at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation NE Region for 15 years. Chris has completed a Master of Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and volunteers on his town zoning and planning committee and town parks committee in Brown County and serves on a board of directors for a local conservation club. He enjoys walking the family dog on local trails and visiting/camping at state parks.
